Well if you are going to be sick, why not with a husband like Chris and in a place like this?
Today’s mission: the Shtick-Stick Bomb, and I have brought out the big guns. Soon I will be stalking other Stick Shtickers, so look out tour buses, cruise shippers, middle-aged women of the world and giggling Asian teen-aged girls, uncle Randy us on the hunt!
Aix En Provence is wonderful. We could live there. Seems like that is being said about each place we visit so I’m going to pivot a bit to thinking about home (a week from today!) and the blessings of my life in California. Vacation is awesome. My “normal” life doesn’t suck.
Having to vomit on vacation… that should not be allowed. I think the duck Foie I have been eating hatched a duckling and that little bastard is trying to climb out my throat to peck my eyes out. Ginger ale and electrolytes for dinner. Tres French!
Today we are off to Antibes and a stopover in Cannes for lunch at a place I visited years ago, Astoux & Brun. Click Here I am a day off of food so it will be great to attack their signature seafood platter for two with a voracious appetite. This condo we are in here in Cassis has been very, very sweet. I’m going to miss it.
